The terms that govern use of this website and, in outline, our client engagements.
August 2026
By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms as the company formalizes; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
Ryvasys Technologies ("Ryvasys", "we", "us") is an engineering studio providing embedded hardware, firmware, cloud/device platform, and mobile/web application services. Ryvasys is currently a pre-registration entity — see the About page for current status.
This site is informational: it describes our services and lets you reach us to scope a project. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt its operation, scrape it at abusive volume, or submit the contact form with false or malicious content.
The contact form on this site is currently front-end only: submissions are not yet transmitted to a live inbox. Nothing you enter is sent, stored, or processed by us until this is explicitly updated. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Any actual engineering engagement — scope, deliverables, pricing, IP ownership, confidentiality, and liability — is governed by a separate signed agreement (e.g. a statement of work or master services agreement) between Ryvasys and the client, not by this website's terms. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement controls.
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Ryvasys (or are used under license) and may not be copied or reused without permission. This does not apply to client deliverables, which are governed by the relevant signed agreement.
This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or completeness — many figures on this site (pricing multiples, timelines) are illustrative, not guaranteed outcomes for any specific project.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryvasys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. This section does not limit liability under any signed client agreement, which governs separately.
Governing law and jurisdiction will be specified once Ryvasys's entity registration (Delaware, USA) is finalized. Until then, no specific jurisdiction is asserted for disputes arising from this website.
Questions about these terms can be sent via the contact page.
