What this website collects, why, and how to reach us about it.
August 2026
This policy covers information collected through this website (currently pages under this domain). It does not cover information exchanged during an actual client engagement, which is governed by the relevant signed agreement and any separate data processing terms.
As of this writing, this website:
When the form starts sending real submissions, we will collect the fields you choose to fill in (name, email, company, project description) and use them solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you proceed, scope a potential engagement. We won't sell this information or use it for unrelated marketing without asking first.
If you email us directly, we handle your message and any information in it the same way — solely to respond to you — and retain it only as long as reasonably needed for that purpose or as required by law.
This site is served from infrastructure we control. Once the contact form is wired to a live inbox, submissions will be processed by standard email/hosting providers acting on our behalf; we do not currently share visitor data with any third party for marketing purposes.
This site does not currently set first-party or third-party tracking cookies. If that changes (e.g. to add analytics), this policy will be updated in advance and, where required, a consent mechanism will be added.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by reaching out via the contact page once it's live, or by email once a real address is published. We'll respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
This site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes, and will call out material changes (like turning on analytics or the live contact form) prominently rather than silently.
Questions about this policy can be sent via the contact page.
